Delivery in Europe takes 5 – 7 working days. All other delivery timeframes vary per location. For information regarding order tracking, please get in touch.

Products on our site are subject to availability and delays may occur that are outside of our control. Consequently, any dates specified for delivery are therefore approximate only.

TAXES & IMPORT DUTY

Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, these costs are the responsibility of the customer.

DAMAGED & REJECTED GOODS

As the customer you must inspect the goods within a reasonable time after their receipt; you’ll be deemed to have accepted the goods unless you notify us within 7 days that the goods are rejected. (This does not affect your statutory rights.)

If you have not notified us as above, we’ll consider the products as being of satisfactory quality, and may not accept any rejected items at a later date.

We want you to receive your SAPOLEUM goods in perfect condition – as they left us. If goods purchased from us through this website have been damaged in transit we will refund or exchange them. Return any damaged or unsatisfactory items to us in their original packaging within 7 days of receiving them:

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

We’re proud of what we make and we believe that once you try us you’ll fall in love with our natural products too. However we recognise that not every product will work for every customer, but if you are unhappy, please let us know. We want you to have a positive experience and will work with you if you are not pleased with your purchase.

Returns should be posted to the above address within 7 days of receipt. Where the rejection of the goods is due to a defect or discrepancy in the order, you’re entitled to a full refund or replacement.

The card used for the purchase will be credited with full original purchase and delivery costs. The faulty or damaged product must be returned to SAPOLEUMbefore the refund or replacement can be issued. When returning items we’d recommend you hold on to proof of postage; we can’t take responsibility for any parcels that might get lost in transit.

SAPOLEUM is not responsible for any individual reaction to any particular ingredient. Each product description on our website includes a complete list of ingredients.

People with sensitivities to any listed ingredient should not use the product. In case you are in doubt always try an allergy test and if at any time irritation occurs, discontinue use of the product.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations are only accepted before the order has been dispatched. If the order has been dispatched prior to the cancellation, we cannot cancel the transaction. The order will be considered valid and you will remain liable for the full payment.
